Thanks for visiting my personal website.  My name is Vinny Perez and I am a computer networking architect/engineer/consultant in Maryland.  I am also an entrepreneur currently investing in real estate and marketing a variety of services on the Internet.

Currently I spend my days as a computer networking consultant and I also invest in real estate and do some Internet marketing.  Click the links at the top of the page to learn more about how each of these fields came into my life.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family: my wife and our two beagles.  In the rare case that time permits, I like to sail or listen to music.  Favorite bands are Counting Crows and Dave Matthews.  I’ve also become very interested in green building techniques, ie how to improve the energy efficiency, cost, and health of our homes.  I’ve been working on some projects on my own house and may incorporate some techniques into our investment projects.  I’m also considering starting a new website to create a community of people interested in learning more.
